Do you have retail outlets?

TieDownsPlus.com serves our customers through our website; outside sales team and U.S. based company owned and operated call centers. We ship products throughout the United States, but do not have walk-in retail locations.

How fast do you ship my order?

Manufacturing and shipping are centrally located in Piedmont, South Carolina, where we ship Monday through Friday. Most orders will ship within 24 hours. Delivery by the carrier is normally between 1-5 business days depending on your location in the U.S. A customer service representative can help you determine your specific delivery date.

How will my order ship?

All orders less than 200 lbs. will ship via UPS and all orders over 200 lbs. will ship via the most cost effective and reliable method possible.

Where are you located?

TieDownsPlus.com is located in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Manufacturing and Distribution are from the facility in Piedmont, South Carolina.

Do my Tie Down Straps come assembled?

All of our Tie Down Straps come completely assembled as depicted in the photo on each product page. We do this to ensure quality and save you time on your end.

Will you make custom assemblies?

TieDownsPlus.com does make custom assemblies. If you need a custom tie down assembly such as, ratchet straps, winch straps, lifting slings, cargo nets or any other items seen on the TieDownsPlus.com website, call our sales team and we will be happy to quote you based on your specific needs.

Do you have bulk pricing?

Yes, we have many great package deals. We have listed many pre-packaged items on the site that include an additional discount to our everyday low price. If you do not see what you need listed on the site be assured a sales representative can take care of your needs. TieDownsPlus.com uses webbing “Made in the USA” and high quality hardware, but we are dedicated to having the most competitive pricing on the highest quality goods.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We only ship merchandise to locations in the United States. However, if you need to ship larger orders outside the United States, TieDownsPlus.com can assist in the information you will need for the export paperwork. Please call a customer service representative with your needs.

Do you do offer custom printing of Webbing?

Yes, TieDownsPlus.com sells and offers many different custom print options for those larger repeat customers, Military and other specialty needs.

Do you sell to distributors or other resale outlets?

TieDownsPlus.com does sell to those reselling our products at retail locations. Please contact our sales team to determine if your operation qualifies.

What are the definitions of rated capacity?

Rated Capacity: The minimum load a component or product will withstand before failure.

Working Load Limit (W.L.L.): The maximum load a component or product should be subjected to during use. Most regulations suggest that for safety purposes, the “Working Load Limit” should not exceed one third (1/3) of the component’s “Rated Capacity”.

Important Fact: Any product is only as strong as its weakest component. It is the owner’s and/or user’s responsibility to determine which product is suitable for each particular use. You must check all applicable Federal, State, Local and Industry rules and regulations to insure you are operating within the current guidelines. All of the “Rate Capacities” are generally established and/or regulated by Industry or Legislative standards that may vary from State to State and/or Industry to Industry. It is highly recommended that you learn the laws, guidelines and regulations that you are subject to in your State and Industry.

Do you offer other products or services outside of the TieDownsPlus.com website?
