We proudly uses UPS to handle shipments of orders under 200 lbs. and the most cost effective and reliable shipping options for orders over 200 lbs. We will use FedEx for orders under 200 lbs. at our discretion. We ship most orders within 48 hours, many the same day they are received. Orders received over the weekend will ship the next business day. Standard orders with a value without freight totaling more than $299 qualify for free shipping within the continental United States; custom orders must total $3,250 to qualify for free freight. Some specialty items might be excluded from a free freight offer as noted on the specific product page. We will provide an invoice with tracking number after shipment has been picked up by the carrier. Although we carry a very large inventory, on occasion a product is out of stock, if this is the case, we will notify you via e-mail within one business day. We pride ourselves on offering the lowest freight in our industry and on a case-by-case basis will offer to match or beat the freight price of any of our competitors for the same items.
