Cargo Net Webbing Width/Square Size:
We make custom cargo nets with either 1" or 2" webbing depending on how big you want each hole to be and how big your load is. For example, if you choose the 1" webbing, each hole is 4" x 4," and each complete square is 6" x 6." For the 2" webbing, each hole is 8" and each complete square is 12" x 12." The 1" webbing has a Working Load Limit of 1,500 lbs. The 2" webbing has a Working Load Limit of 3,333 lbs. The Working Load Limit is only as strong as the weakest component in
your net assembly. Never exceed a net's Working Load Limit!
Cargo Net Height: The height (in inches) of the actual net portion of your cargo net. If you don't see the height you need, just let us know and we'll do our best to meet your unique specifications.
Cargo Net Length: The length (in inches) of the actual net portion of your cargo net. If you don't see the height you need, just let us know and we'll do our best to meet your unique specifications.
Overall Length: Overall length (in feet) of your cargo net including all hardware and extensions. If you don't see the height you need, just let us know and we'll do our best to meet your unique specifications.
Cargo Net Tension Device: You don't need ratchets or cam buckles on your cargo nets, but most people like having these for tightening or releasing excess webbing and being able to adjust the overall length of their net (see diagram above). You will need to choose tension devices that have a Working Load Limit high enough to secure your load. In your email requesting a quote, just tell us which of the tension device style (see options above right) is most similar to what you're looking for, and one of our sales reps will confirm that tension device's Working Load Limit. Most people get wide handle ratchets, cam buckles, or cam buckles.
Cargo Net End Fittings: You don't need end fittings
on your cargo nets, but most people like having these for hooking onto anchor points and securing your net (see diagram above). You will need to choose end fittings
that have a Working Load Limit high enough to secure your load. In
your email requesting a quote, just tell us which of the tension device
style (see options above right) is most similar to what you're looking
for, and one of our sales reps will confirm that tension device's
Working Load Limit. Most people get S hooks, Spring E-Fittings, or Carabiners.
Cargo Net Webbing Color: Our most popular color by far is black, but we also have the option to make the nets in different color webbing upon request.
