Description
We can make custom 1" tie down straps to meet your unique specifications. Order online, or for large order pricing, give us a call and we'll send you a formal estimate. We have a minimum order of 10 straps since we have to shut down our manufacturing line to make custom straps. Use the diagram below and options above to pick and choose what you want and we'll make it happen! If you don't see what you need, let us know and we'll see what we can do. Custom straps are usually used within the transportation industry, but can be used for many different applications.
Adjustable End Length:
The adjustable end is the longer length of webbing that can be tightened or loosened using the tension device (typically a ratchet strap or cam buckle). If you don't see what you need, give us call or email and we can make your adjustable webbing any size. Our most popular 1" adjustable end lengths are 6, 10, 16, and 20.' The 1" custom strap's webbing has a Working Load Limit of 1,500 lbs. If you need custom straps that have stronger webbing to secure your load, feel free to check out our

. The wider our webbing, the higher the webbing's Working Load Limit will be.
Fixed End Length:
The fixed length of webbing that is attached to the tension device. If you don't see the fixed size you need, let us know and we'll make it happen! Our most popular fixed end length is 12."
Tension Device:
The piece of hardware in the middle of the strap that tightens and loosens the ratchet strap to secure your load. Make sure you pick a tension device that has a high enough Working Load Limit to secure your load. Our most popular 1" tension devices are the wide handle ratchet, the cam buckle, and the thumb ratchet.
End Fittings:
The two pieces of hardware at the ends of the strap that hook onto your anchor point and secure your strap. Make sure you pick end fittings that have a high enough Working Load Limit to secure your load. Our most popular end fittings are the vinyl coated S hooks and wire hooks.
Color:
Our most popular color for 1" straps is black, but we have many different colors based on what you want.
